1. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility
Full refund is available for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the check-in date.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will incur a one night’s charge.
No refund will be processed for no-shows or failure to arrive at the hotel without prior notice.
2. Early Check-Out
If you check out before your scheduled departure date, a refund will be provided for the unused nights, subject to one-night early departure fee.
3. Refund Process
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7 to 10 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
The amount will be refunded to the original mode of payment.
4. Non-Refundable Bookings
Certain promotional or discounted bookings may be marked as non-refundable. Please check the specific rate details at the time of booking.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
In case of emergencies or force majeure events (natural disasters, government lockdowns, etc.), refund policies may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
