1. Booking and Reservations
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the hotel.
A valid ID proof is required at the time of check-in for all guests.
Guests must be at least 18 years of age to book a room.
2. Check-in and Check-out Policy
Check-in time: 12:00 PM | Check-out time: 11:00 AM
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur extra charges.
3. Payment Terms
Payments can be made via cash, credit/debit cards, or online transfer.
Advance payment may be required to confirm bookings.
All rates are subject to applicable taxes.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations made 48 hours before check-in are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows will be charged one night’s stay.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
5. Guest Responsibilities
Guests must maintain decorum and avoid causing disturbance to others.
Any damage to hotel property will be chargeable.
Use of illegal substances or activities is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
Hotel Blue Ocean shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings. Guests are advised to use in-room safes and lockers for valuables.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with the latest revision date.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Rajasthan, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Udaipur.
